Solid foil tips. Make the covering smoother and wrinkle free. Greater durability also.

The work does not look like much but it took several hours to fabricate the ailerons and install solid wing tips. Also shaped the LE a tad.

Whether you like your ribs long or short, this air foil has them all. Now the air foil structure is very close to the original.

65 hours of toil to clean the basement after Irene. We got off easy as many here in Cranford lost their homes.

A bump in life's road, 8 inches of groundwater, given to me by Irene had closure today on this the first day of Autumn. The basement is better than it was when we moved here 35 years past. Though, to the untrained eye, the model shop may appear disorganized, I assume you that it has been cleaned and "organized". I again know where things are at least for a few days until I forget. Parts for the upper airfoil for the Pfalz are laid out on the building board. I may attempt assembly while I have eye surgery during the month of October. Some views of the shop. Now that Summer has past, I can turn my attention to aeroplanes and VA
