They just happened to be spending some time in Phoenix and stopped here so they could take as many models as possible back with them to Sioux Falls, South Dakota where they live. At Easter time they will take them to the school in Bismarck. I got two large boxes from U Haul and cut the tops off and Joyce and my friend Mike packed them, literally packed them, and added packing peanuts to fill up the boxes. Repairs will be required when they get there, I'm certain. A blanket was placed on top of the two boxes and the B-17 was placed on it and the B-29 on top of that, with some more padding provided by an unused crocheted comforter. There was even some space left to slip in a couple of jets. They have a GPS and a laptop and she is the navigator. Absolutely super folks! The whole thing took just over an hour.
