Nice laminations there. :) Is that pasta 1/16ths or 3/32nds? moostang51 27-Aug-07 18:21 Thanks James, the mozzerella stringers were 1/4" x 3/8" stock, cooked down to 1/8" with a perfect leading and trailing edge with no Microfill required. The noodle is stock out of the box. If you take the time, the final results are fabuloso!!!
