One is the full fuse and one is the pod and boom. I plan to build the full fuse one first. Thanks for the TMRC info. pfinn 14-Apr-09 22:14 If you plan on High Starting it, one option I was looking at was installing a 1/8" to 5/16" carbon rod (or tube, "Wrapped" preferably) embedded in that "Monster leading edge stock to hide it ( Bigger dia. inboard, smaller outboard.The "Joiners" are the critical part). Also, what I'm gonna try (so wait and see, if you don't finish before me, that is) is to glass right over the covering (.75 oz cloth) on the front portion of the fuse on the bias for tortional rigitity and strength without losing that beautiful "Covered Look" that make these vintage gliders so attractive. jgood 15-Apr-09 10:34 I love this picture.
