I let the strings "flow" naturally to form the elegant shape of the fuselage. But somehow that former is way undersized. So back to the drawing board. And at the front of the picture you can see that the first intake opening broke off. I need to rethink the wing root so that the formers with their large intake cutouts are sturdier. Creosotewind 10-Jul-09 16:51 The wing root (white part at the base of the wing) is too tall and will need to be cut down. Instead of making it such a large piece, I think it will just fit the top and bottom of the wing with enough material to still allow for stringers. Please sign in to comment on this image.
