| BillParker | 29-Jul-09 11:56 | | Before I build each plane, I make sure that it'll go to a "good home." So, the neighbor across the street, has 4 or 5 of em on his ceilings. He has a house full of boys, so they have at least on each in their bedrooms, and he has a couple of bi-planes in his garage. The Texan here will go down the steet to my golf buddy's garage ceiling. No, he's not from here. He's from Chicago. I thought a Texan would be apropo. I told him he could call it a Harvard if he wanted to... The C-46 will go to the carpet contractor's here in our new subdivision. Our paint contractor has a whole house full of em too. Some guys want these planes for their offices. I just build em to see what they look like. By the time I'm painting em, I'm generally ready to see em go. |
