Everytime I sand them down they fall apart.By the way, nice hub. David Duckett 21-Jan-11 07:48 The hub is custom made by pfinn. These are the bombs from the Corsair kit. I traced the plastic outline onto 3/32" balsa and rough cut it to fit inside each half. After gluing the balsa in place and letting it dry, the two halves were then glued together. When dry an application of the white putty was applied and allowed to dry. That was then sanded and finally an application of the filler. That all sands fairly smooth and will not fall apart.
