I have made the flight controls moveable by adding a little extra wood behind the joining area, making two corresponding slits and inserting a small piece of Floppy disk material, then CAing the bits together. Wonderful very flexible stuff that does not fatigue. You can see how I did it on the wing, rudder and elevator pic. Its an old foamy technique but works well. doodle 04-Jul-07 03:40 Thanks.
