Image Comments LASTWOODSMAN 18-Dec-16 18:01 The mighty Mikoyan-Gurevich MIG 17 - the Russian high sub-sonic swept wing jet fighter, advanced from the MIG 15 of the Korean War. The wing has a "sickle sweep" compound shape, with a 45 degree angle near the fuselage, and a 42 degree angle for the outboard part of the wings.
