Hi Brian - I've been watching your nice builds too. If you ever want to finish off that hub with a nice round shiny plate, with 4 or 6 bolt heads in a bolt circle, here is what I do. Buy one of those real cheap aluminum baking pie or cooking sheets at Dallarama. They are soft, easy to cut with scissors, and are about 0.011" - eleven one thousandths of an inch thick. Then get some of those thin shiny silvery dressmaker's pins they use to hem the bottom of pants with. Use a pin vise and drill bits from a micro drill bit set, and drill the holes into a "bolt circle" on the round plate of aluminum for the front of the hub. The pins are one inch long, but just cut them shorter with wire snippers, and push the pins through the plate into the balsa wood of the front of the prop hub - you don't even need glue. It took me a few tries to get a nice circle plate of aluminum with some relatively even bolt circle holes. The heads of those dressmaker's pins look just like bolt heads. I also use larger brass-finished "Escutcheon" pins. Good luck!

And then post a photo. I would love to see all that crammed on a hub with a center section about one quarter inch in diameter.
