ARF, pretty nicely detailed and well proportioned. From the video, it looks like it could be a good-handling flyer as well. Ducted fan. It comes with scale retracts as well. |

Very close to 1/12 scale. I will be adding a cockpit (ESCI/Italerie) and a pilot (scratch-built). |

New project. A hanging display for the Arizona Military Museum. Luke AFB was one of the major training schools for F-16s in the country. The museum wanted to honor them by having one of their aircraft on show. |

Finished. I made a display using a photo of my neighborhood. I was able to share this photo with Wallace last year. Definitely a highlight. He brought a lot of joy to many people. |

Nearly done. |

Wallace is about finished. I made sure his white sneakers were a bit dingy. I remember them getting that way very quickly. |

I used a fine line marker to fill in the black. I sprayed the car with clear gloss to get an even finish. |

I drew the logo on tracing paper and made a pounce pattern using a straight pin, so I could duplicate it on both sides of the auto. |

Wallace hosted a children's show in Phoenix that started in 1956 and lasted for 35 years. It was my introduction to Bugs Bunny and other classic Warner Bros. cartoons. Wallace loved Model A Fords and I decided to honor him by modeling this pose. |

Fortunately I found this photo to guide the painting. |

Still have to stripe the pants. |

You could go cross-eyed painting this color scheme. |

Wallace loved Model As. The only 4-Door Model A I could find was an old Hubley metal kit. Approx, 1/20 scale. Not a great kit, but a fun challenge. |

He is slowly coming to shape. |
