RGood- thanks. It's going to be Navy with a red/orange on the rear of the fuselage and the rudder. Colors are from the Minneapolis Naval Air Station in the mid 50's. Tried to upload a picture a few times, but it doesn't seem to work. |

Lovely job, What colour scheme are you doing Don? |

Thanks, gentlemen. Been planning on "gear down". It's way too heavy to fly. |

It looks just right - are you putting gear down? or will it be ' in flight' ? |

Quite the "pastoral" mountain meadow you have there Don! Looks like you have "Broad-Tailed" hummingbirds (4 1/4" long) - very similar to our Eastern "Ruby Throated" hummingbirds (3 3/4" long), but separate ranges. When you say they were "going at it", that is true - they are very hostile and aggressive and quick an eager to quarrel and fight when they claim ownership of a patch of blossoms, or sugar water feeder, and defend it from other hummingbirds, even when not actively feeding. Great action pic! |

Had about 6 of these going at it before I even could hang it. Wife couldn't get the camera fast enough. Guess they were hungry. |

Very handsome horses with those long brushed manes, Don. Looks like paradise with those coniferous forested hills all around. |
