The side bottom pieces have been sanded flush with the bottom of the fuselage formers. The last piece to be glued on is 1/8" wood. |

THese 1/4" side pieces for the bottom are oversized. It was necessary to carve away the portion that fits the wing at a sharp bevel. |

These are the pieces for the bottom. The shaped pieces are 1/4" and like all the other pieces, are precisely die cut. |

I count 5 stringers. Looks good and I bet it took longer than the fuselage. |

This T28 is looking very posh David - super work! How is your weather? Ours is grey and damp - but there is no fire risk at present! :-) |
