| Brian. Check out in my C-46 build. You need a small clamp or vise to keep your fingers clear, but then needle files and sandpaper and a lot of patience. Like lukebozek said: You CAN do it. |

| Brian, I laminated three pieces of hard balsa and using files and X-acto blades cut out a cross, very slowly. I rounded each of the four nubs/hubs and drilled them out to take the shape of the hubs of a prop. I used a dowel that I preshaped and it came out pretty well for a Guillows Thunderbolt, like yours. You can do this, just take your time. |
