I don't know how everyone else does masking on their canopies, but I would like to share my method: I use "ChartPak" tape to outline the clear areas. This tape (or it's Chinese equivelent) is available at Hobby Lobby. It is a "crepe" tape that will allow it to bend around corners. I use 1/16" wide stuff. Burnish the tape down with finger pressure and trim. THe rest of the area is filled in with masking fluid, (again it's available at H/L as "Fine Line masking Pen". Apply a thin film, thicker is not better and watch for air bubbles. The pictue shows my canopy just after I applied the masking fluid.
