After seeing a Twin Mustang in the Dayton Air Force museum last Fall, I decided to build this model using Dumas kit #206, the F-82 with a 17 ½ inch wingspan.

Used ultra micro RC airplane four blade propellers, not kit’s 2 blade props. Kit came with vacuum formed cowls, prop spinners, drop tanks, and canopies.

I modified the construction of the fuselages from kit plans by using solid balsa for the sides.
