Not only that, but I decided too late in the process to go for perfection and tape the edges of the wings and clean up my lines. This resulted in the tape tearing off part of the decals, hence the slightly off-color blue paint in an attempt to salvage things. Amateurs . . . |

Not only did it stink, but because of the toxicity and mess I had to do it in the garage in damp 40 degree weather (I live in the Pacific NW) and then use a hair dryer so it would dry before the end of the winter. I think I went through at least several cans of spray paint trying to get it covered. Next time I'm biting the bullet and using acrylics. |
