The formers from B1 to B5 are on 1/20" sheet and the formers from B6 aft are 1/32" sheet to keep it light. The hole for the rubber cavity has been enlarged since flying my other Piper 95 showed the need for the additional rubber room. The stringer positions from former B5 aft have been adjusted so that the stringers will be in scale positions for the L-4, and the keel notches, top, bottom, and sides have been adjusted for narrower keels, again for lightness. |

You gotta love the Scotch Pre-Cut tame dispenser. My wife introduce me to that for gift wrapping and it come is real handy for this. |

Then I cut the four smaller tip ribs. The whole process to make 24 ribs took less than 1/2 hour. |

If I had needed more ribs I would have glued them together with Testor's "green glue". That way, when you are done shaping and sanding you can take them apart with acetone. |
