Cowlings glued on and filler applied. I used Micro-Fill since it makes this so much easier. I'll add a strip of silkspan around the cowling/nacelle junction in the morning when it's cool (er).

THe top halves are all in place and filler has been added to the nacelle/wing junction.

1/16" stock, cut across the grain, is glued inside the outline of the nacelle to provide a base for the filler. You can see how much has been sanded away to get the plastic piece to fit.
