Ease of construction helped me decide on the Seversky. The fuse is build around a box. Fuse sormers attach to the box to form the shape. No notches, all stringers are surface mounted, in my case part of the sheeting. Once the fuse has taken shape the Pfalz cowl can be fitted to the front. I probably have enough wood about to conplete most of the framing. Cost effective. Trying to appease the Wuffy who still does not understand the purchase of two Pfalz Dr 1s!!! |

A fuselage gleaned from a Secersky SEV-3L, A cowl from a Pfalz, a tail from a Gee Bee, and wings from a Mig 3.....What will it make? A 30's style racer...the "O"ster.....I hope! |
