I decided the 5" prop may be too large for the direct drive motor and switched it out for a 4" prop. It is identical to the prop that put the One Nite 28 into the top of a tree, so it should be good enough for this bird.

Cutting the second fillet. The first time the copied pattern was placed on the tissue side of the card stock. This time the tissue side is face down. This way you have a right and left sided fillet.
