I quickly brushed on some Al paint to see what the corrugations look like. Note the scape on the glue tube> I heated it with a hair dryer and bent it...upon cooling it reatins the curve. Should work well on the wings. Well guys what do ya think??

DD, here's what is refabbed so far. Used Bud Nosen Models' AAA balsawood. Very light, straight and super workable. Paid under $4.00 for 5 sheets of 3/32"x2"x36" at LHS. Was a pleasur to work with this material.
