| The Parking Lot at Point Cabrillo, CA. This is where I was stationed for four years. THere was a radar site here and there is still a lighthouse there, Just out of sight are huge rocks and about a 30' drop to the Pacific. |

| On procrastination: Except for the tea it's been like this for three days. The paint I need is ready, the Bose is perfect for the studio, and all I need is a fresh cup of water. But...things like this, basically made from scratch, require careful contemplation. I think looking at what you are making is an essential part of the creative process and the more you look the more you know how to do it, like one of those moments when the light comes on over your head. I now know the approach I'll use but this isn't work and I'm in no hurry. |
