The gliide tests were perfect so I put about 150 winds in it (1/4" FIA tan, 1 loop) and got a nice little flight. Then I put 300 winds in it, crossed my fingers and let 'er go. She climbed and banked to the left and gave me a nice lazy left hand circle for about 10 seconds. Beautiful attitude in the air, so stable and peaceful. Woo hoo! I need a bigger field if I'm going to give it full winds though... |

The prop is an old Guillow's prop from a series 1000 F6F-3 Hellcat kit cut down to diameter and reshaped. I like the black color better than the red prop that came in the SIG kit. |
