My grandmother flew on Avro 504K in 1937, Bangkok Thailand. During those days, Avro 504's were used as primary trainer. A handful of 504's were locally manufactured under license.

When I was a boy, I built Bird Dogs- one from Guillow and one from Sterling kit. Both didn't look true Bird Dog although I built them on instruction drawings. This 17"in Bird Dog was built from true 3-view drawing for static display.
