The tail feathers and tops of the wings werecovered with the last of my heavy grade silkspan. The bottoms of the wings were done with Brodak medium grade silkspan. The brodak works quite well and seems about the same. All covering was done wet with nitrate dope. Three coats of dope lightly sanded and they are now ready for paint. The fuselage will be covered later today.

The tail feathers and wings have had filler applied and sanded and have been given two coats of nitrate dope and sanded so they are ready for covering. The fuselage has one application of filler and will get another before doping for covering.
