I was able to finish the Spitfire today and will add it to my Comet WWII collection. These are a great series, fun easy builds that fly great. I made my own decals and the decal paper was a little thinner than I normally use, but they came out ok. I first sprayed glosscote where the decals are placed, added the decals and then shot dullcote. The canopy was cut out from the pattern on the plans and glued in place with Canopy Glue. She will fly without the landing gear.
