Roundel on the right is the marking that appeared on this bird. The left roundel design was adopted right after WW1. I prefer the left roundel and will bend history a tad. It could have appeared on this plane as it toured the US after the war.

The clamps, metal measuring stick and epoxy worked. Five minute epoxy did rush the alignment process a bit.
