Find your favorite sanding block with plenty of coarse sandpaper ( make sure its secured down so it doesnt shoot across the room), secure dowel in the front of your favorite variable speed drill and start sanding away!

Still have to add a few more details, make four more prop blades and figure out how to make and install prop hubs, but Im starting to think this project may be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!
