AMA plans (Academy of Model Aeronautics) downloaded plans. Infield Engineering by Paul Kohlmann. 1/12 scale Howard DGA-3 "Pete" Racer. Setting up to fly RC using guts from UMX P-47. Receiver, speed control, and tail servos inside. Aileron servos in wings. Brushless motor in front. Hope to fly soon!

Bill Turner, of Repeat Aircraft based in Flabob Airport, California used to own the original. Whom it was sold to after Bill passed away, I do not know. Huey, who has it now and where is it based?

Btw, Eagraber. very beautiful job on the model! /are you going to detail the engine cowl? Marvelous racer. Seems everyone is building racers nowadays.

I have to correct my self, the original "Pete" is in the Crawford Museum in Cleveland. My friend Tom Madowitz has Ike and Mike. ( original)

Working on the engine cowl now. 1/32 balsa over the top front. Will cutout engine cooling openings.
