as David says - yellow requires an undercoat of matte white, lt tan or similar. not gray unless it is nearly white and only if you have no supply of the others. This after many personal trials and cuss words |

Put some of the yellow paint in a small container and add a small amount of white. A couple of coats should cover well. Then resume with the yellow. |
