| Kevin, I've used Callie's "decals" on the P-51D, A-26, F-11F-1, the F-14 and F-16. You can take a look, but they're mostly pretty flat surfaces. They do work well, but as said, they stick quickly. Her directions help a bit, but be careful. It's sure looking good. BTW - After my 2 P-51s, masking tape has become 2nd nature. |

| I just went back an looked at the Gilmore picture. All the decals there should be no problem. Not sure what you are doing on the cowling. Would relief cuts work? |

| Oh yeah - the picture I put up in my hangar here is of the no cowling or pre-cowling version. I have since decided to add the cowling as a switchable option. The cowling is a nightmare of compound curves for the rather large transfers that go on either side of it. I might just decide to paint it instead. Thanks for the feedback, I greatly appreciate it. |

| 14a was uploaded to the channel at the same time as 14b however, it is a much longer vid so it was still processing when my laptop went into sleep mode...where it has died. I have to take it in for a recovery effort as this failure is beyond my ability to repair. Since both my pc and the old laptop have departed I am unable to post videos to youtube for now. Hopeful I can recover from this sooner rather than later.. |
