heywooood | 09-Feb-20 21:09 | here it is with the cowling removed and the Williams Bro's engine in place, held with a large magnet. Also the tail surfaces are attached and I am working on the fairings. This is morning daylight adjacent to the hangar.. |

Don C | 10-Feb-20 10:15 | Nice, Kevin. Those struts really set it off.

heywooood | 10-Feb-20 12:28 | Thanks, Don - the Precision Metals struts and tubing are inexpensive and solve a lot of problems. |
heywooood | 10-Feb-20 22:08 | thank you, edtherenderman - for your encouragement as well. |
biplane guy | 14-Feb-20 09:31 | That whole landing gear assembly is first class. Well done! |
heywooood | 15-Feb-20 14:55 | Thanks for the words of encouragement, biplane guy - much appreciated!
The Precision Metals streamline tubing is available in all the right sizes, lucky me. The tricky part so far has been the wheel fairings with those large balsa blisters. Working on her wing now.. |
