No sir, not for a bit. Tips, ailerons must be cut, wings sanded and sealed. Easier to work with the wings off the plane.

That looks great John. Im interested to see how you do the ailerons...I never thought of making them after the wings were completed. Fancy engine warmer for those cold days by the way.

Luke, She, who must be obeyed has informed me that I am painting a hallway tomorrow. I went back to the plane this evening. Made the tips and cut out the ailerons on the mini-table saw. The ailerons are on, the tips drying, photos tomorrow. BTW, If I recall correctly, I built the wings whole then cut the ailerons out on other builds also!
