How are you going to alter the center of mass? Will doing so alter the final appearance?

Hi John Iam going to go ahead with build. think it going to put my CG in middle of leading edge of wing and wing spare.I know this is not correct may be able to add a tiny weight in after tail Don,t like to do this weight is weight. For the plane is able to handel it structure wise but it will be landing hot witch cause breakage.Got the landing gear mounted to fuse for strenght. The only other way is to have snub nose piper cheroke witch not to bad might be cute.I seen a pic of a baby piper cub I though it was gorgeous.Yes sir this is defently going to alther apperanace.

Is that mounting block solid or hollow? Lighten it up a tad. Hollow it out if solid or change the material. Of course you could fill it with He😄😄

Thank you john!I was able to get some weight out of the motor mount and then started possion my battery pack realized this could make the different I needed!Iam going to locate it behind third cabin former right behind wing area.Pluse there will be more weight on rear when building.Think I can keep cowl. This is not added weight this is weight it has to carry.Think its going to be fast but very stable. Will update as I work out more kincks.

Stop at the hobby shop and get some thick wall aluminum tubing and use that for stand offs that way you can get rid of the heavy wood motor mount and save a lot of weight
