Starboard view at the tail. I like the way the fade from camo to the dark blue worked out!

I love your work here and the high detailing too, sorry to admit that I'm puzzled by the "Apparently" broken-off fin? I have reviewed the whole set of pics to try to answer this for me but to no avail!

The Hannover had an unusual biplane horizontal stabilizer. There is another stabilizer and elevator mounted on top of the fin. The made a smaller tail surface for the rear gunner to shoot around. I don't have it installed yet, so it doesn't appear in these pictures.

Yah, not a common subject for WWI aircraft. Seems like it has a pretty good operational history, but was overshadowed by the Rumpler, Roland and Halberstadt observation aircraft. And everyone loves the fighters, not the two seaters!
