In the Tiger Moth that I learnt to fly, in 1960, "Acorns" (steamlined alloy tubes) were in place at the crossing points of the Flying & Landing wires. These were to limit resonance & vibration. Did aircraft of the Albatross period employ these too? bobgood 25-Jan-21 16:24 ....I've just checked! The Albatross did not need the flying/landing wire bracing. So this model is 100% perfect, as we would expect from Dfell.
