| I've put off building this model because of it's size but I've come to the conclusion that over the last 10 months it hasn't gotten any smaller. :-) Took the wrapper off this morning and here we go. |

| Oooo! I always wanted to see this kit built. PBY is a favorite. I build a 67" scratch R/C version (RCM Plans are in OuterZone)for two .20 engines in the 90's but never finished it. This model is been on my short list for some time. Good luck! |

| Hurricane Zeta paid a direct visit last evening and knocked out power. Aside from that all is well. We're on generator power now. I've been trough quite a few of these in my 72 years but boy this one was fast. Back to work on the Catalina. I'll post some pics later. |

| Glad it went well. We just lived on the generator for about 5 hours yesterday. They're great when you have electric heat. |
