David Duckett | 10-Apr-15 14:33 | Gently pressing down on the canopy will force the sides into contact with the fuselage. Put a very small drop on each side, about where my finger is, to secure. Finally put a small drop at the rear. Once securely in place, I used the pin to apply VERY small amounts of CA around the eges to seal. I filled a couple of small gaps with white glue. |
Don C | 10-Apr-15 14:38 | Thanks, for both lessons. |
David Duckett | 10-Apr-15 14:50 | Hopefully they will help. These can be frustrating:-) |
Don C | 10-Apr-15 19:27 | Now, on to decals. |
David Duckett | 11-Apr-15 04:23 | Decals give you a problem, Don? |
Don C | 11-Apr-15 11:38 | Not the decals so much as the computer. With many trials I can get the right size - scale, but haven't yet figured out how to print more than one decal on a sheet of decal paper. I don't seem to be able to place them to a specific spot on the paper so that I can get more than one printing from a sheet. Ergo hand stenciled stars and bars. |
Don C | 11-Apr-15 11:38 | Ergo? Who said that? |
David Duckett | 11-Apr-15 12:36 | Ergo sum qui sum, Rene Descartes. Can't help with the computer part. |
