Underside assemblies of Rubbing my eyes now.... |

Looking at this picture, its kind of weird how light plays off of the colors. The fuel sumps were painted flat black, yet in this photo, has bluish hues; kind of reminiscent of those original Superman comic books of the 1950's where his hair is supposed to be dark black, yet has bluish hues. The leading edge of the top wing is supposed to be olive drab, yet it too, looks like its blue. |

Ahhh, all that blue is reflecting off of the .... (ahem) blue towel. Sorry guys. |

You have to remember to color-coordinate your towels and your aircraft if you want your OCD certification, Sky. |

In comics, if Superman's hair were pure black you would see only black and not be able to identify it as hair or anything else as it would have no definition. |

Well spoken Mr. DD. Well spoken indeed. Thanks Biplane. Looking forward to that certification. Guess I got "...them Blues..." |

I've been trying to get a picture of my DHC-2 on something that looks like water. You may have the answer here. |

Thank you Mr. Don C. Only thing is, the S.E. 5 is land based. I think I'll switch towels after this model. Perhaps a red? White? After all, I've started on the first of the three patriotic colors, might as well as go with red and then white to complete the theme. |
