Sweet,viewing from a hospital bed.
2 knees installed. I needed 3 units of blood during sugery.Bp was 55/33. I met quite a few doctors quickly. I survived. Learning how to walk already. I can never wear a mini skirt again. Frankenstein scars. Less pain after than before surgery. hugs...."O" |

My RN wife that does heart surgery every day says that is a pretty low number indicating you were "barely profusing". Glad to hear you pulled through ok in the end. |

In other medical news...The evening after my surgery they brought some man into my room who had had knee replacement surgery, one knee, and he immediately turns on his tv Then he starts telling anyone within earshot that during the surgery his blood pressure dropped, not once, but twice. He kept it up for the next full day and on the third day I got the hell out of that room and into one where I didn't have to listen to all the drama. Misery does not love company. |
