The wing anti-warping modification has been finished.

Will inflation influence the effectiveness of the anti wing warping technique?

Lookig great did you build in a clark y airfoil? Looks like the tail feathers are next. hope your alright and healing well. boats

Great job DD. Would I ever love to get my hands on one these models.

It's an airplane, inherently heavier than air so inflation is not a factor. I don't know whether it has that airfoil or not but it does have a slight flip up at the rear of the trailing edge out to W 5. The tail feathers are not next, finishing the wing is. Thanks, Al. Someday!:-)

Thought the coin was a part of the economic stimulus package designed to provide economic "Lift" :-)
David Duckett01-May-12 07:11
The coin is to keep it in place as the plane is balanced and the overhead fan keeps it moving. Economics is not a factor although removing the coin would, indeed, cause lift.

excellent craftsmanship dd, i have yet to break the large scale bomber barrier having only the p-38 as the biggest. how large wingspan is the b-29?
David Duckett01-May-12 09:49
Thanks, Brian. It's 53".
