Tacked together for a photo op....I have to see what see will look like. Forgot Gumby!

Looking good!!! Are you sheeting the wings with 1/32 basswood?
John M Oshust27-Feb-08 22:40
No...except for any Bass that I had about I am using balsa. It is easier to work with and cheaper. 1/32 balsa sheets...6 in. wide. Like poppy 1/32 balsa...figured I give it a try...saves work!

Looks beaut. Quite large, makes the Carlo look like a shotglass.

Where' Gumby? Did you send him out for beer? I can hardly wait to see what the finished product looks like, but, it's enjoyable seeing the progression.

John M Oshust28-Feb-08 22:07
I do not know where the cowl is going...many options but checkering is not one of them.

The Rat will be Russkie white and the inscription will say Death to wives! As my "Wuffy" cannot speak or read Russian!

.Be careful,John, It's been my experience that 'secrets' CANNOT be kept from wives, They always seem to find out.
