kenm94591 | 21-Mar-19 16:25 | Top left is the basic crankcase cut from 1/2" basswood with the nine flats for each of the cylinders. Each flat has been drilled for the rods which will be used to align and support the cylinders.
Other three at the top is the 3/4" oak button plug to be used as the crankcase cover on the far right before being cut to size. The two parts in the middle is the button plug cut down to the correct size and the part cut off.
At the botton on the left is a 1" x 1/8" bronze thrust bearing for the intake manifold and the penny is just for scale reference.
