Well the wings have wooden tips and mounting pegs. I am waiting for the corrugated sheeting, on order. The tips may not get corrugating as I do not think I can form the sheets to fit.

If all else fails, how about remove those wing tips already installed and oversize them to the larger limit of the corrugated sheet. Then scribe the corrugation in with an emery board. Since you work with basswood rather than balsa, the process would be more controlled and forgiving. Just an idea that I would try.

I made my tips undersize in section from the tip rib out to permit the covering to mate. The very tip on the real ship is covered with flat sheet riveted over, but exactly how, I don't know. Must have drain holes!
