The wood is fantastic and your skill and attention to detail really brings out the best in these kits. I am very new to this, but I can see that I need to invest in some laser cut kits. You and the other greats on this site have taught me a great deal, especially when it comes to covering and the importance of keeping things neat and clean. Very nice work. You and the other masters give me something to strive for. It is really awesome to see how everyone's uniqueness comes out in their models. I am getting to the point where I can tell the builder by looking at their planes. Very distinctive styles and techniques at work on this site. |
Heinrich Dorfmann | 28-Aug-10 05:02 | Very nice plane with very nice details (positional lights, ailerons). |
lukebozek1 | 28-Aug-10 08:27 | The plans don't show the transition in the first three formers, did you break the stringer to make the bend, or did you soak it? I have this laid out right now. It is amazing how they can make these parts so clean. |
Xanadu | 28-Aug-10 12:50 | I would suggest soaking it instead of breaking it. |
