| well I appreciate that John..but I have to admit that DD's earlier reference to the balsa 'top' got past me until I pulled out the instruction sheet again and finally noticed the 'balsa crown' one is meant to apply and sand to shape on top of the pilot's head..lol - I think I'll skip it anyway now that he's painted but I missed that step as David gently noted |

| I just laughed when I saw the illustration..I've built this plane before and never noticed it. |
