SteveM | 27-Jan-10 17:21 | The kit includes good quality wood, several plastic pieces, Sullivan cable, aluminum tubing, music wire, styrene rod, 3 sheets of plans, and an instruction booklet. Not pictured is the tissue, peel and stick decals, tail feather patterns, and a bag of miscellaneous hardware such as wheels and string. The bottle of Ambroid Pro-Weld is from the LHS, I got their last bottle. The directions talk about using a CAB cement, but assumes I know what that is. Are we talking about traditional Ambroid liquid cement, Testors wood cement, Sig-Ment, or something else? |
BillParker | 27-Jan-10 19:16 | Whoa. I think I'll stick to my plywood and sawdust... |
John M Oshust | 27-Jan-10 19:41 | Wow.. now I can open my box to see if I have all that you have. |
SteveM | 27-Jan-10 20:28 | Bill, just blow up the plans till those larger stringers are the size of a 2x4. |
BillParker | 28-Jan-10 04:44 | we'd be talking full scale at that point, and my wife would leave me. |
BillParker | 28-Jan-10 12:54 | when you get around rto it, may I see F-1 (guillow's designation wing formers) and F-12? |
