This paint scheme is fantastic. I have teh Short kit and this is exactly what I want to do. The skis are great, winter in Russia. Very smooth!

With sadness, I post this. In memorial: "On 3 July Jerry Campbell peacefully past away while he was sitting at his computer in London. He had stopped modelling since he was having so much difficulty with his eyes and he had gotten rid of any kits, supplies, paints, etc. he had in London but he left a number of books, decals, plans, etc. and I wonder if there is anyone in the London area who would be interested in coming to get them. I just want them to go to someone who will be able to use them. Your website gave him a lot of pleasure and showed many of his friends the planes that he had posted on it. Jerry's wife of 48 years, Judy Campbell" Jerry was a wonderful member of our community here on VA. I regret not having got to meet him when I was living in London (he lived in both Texas and London). My sincere condolences to Judy.

So Sad. I believe that he was in his 70's. Too soon to pass on.

Very sad news to hear. Jerry would always go the extra yard to make sure his replica of the model he was building be as true the the real plane as can be. Condolences to his family. The VA lost a great modeler.

I do not handle the passing of friends well. I reflect upon what they have done in their life , ponder, shed a tear or two, and wish them peace in a better place!

Have been without a computer for weeks. Just got working today. Very sorry to hear about Jerry Campell. He was one of the modelers I admired for having such an interesting and varied selection of fine models in his hangar.
