heywooood | 27-Jun-17 20:05 | it was a key feature on the production F100 so here it is - the early, straight refueling probe.
This airplane had so many rolling upgrades and safety corrections made to it during its service life that they could just have referred to them as F100-ABCD's and then the F(amily) wagon - some of the examples in country had parts from all four variants on them it seems |

heywooood | 27-Jun-17 23:16 | Those came from Dave Duckett - The mains are resin and the twin nose wheels are vacuform. There were two slightly different diameter hubs that I fused together to replicate the heavy brake drums of the NAA Saber. He had sent over a bag of wheels when I told him I was having a hard time finding suitable ones for the F16. Fact is that's where the kit itself came from. My good friend and inspiration, David Duckett. |
